About All Survivors Project and the role All Survivors Project (ASP) is an independent, international human rights organisation that supports global efforts to eradicate conflict-related sexual violence. ASP works to strengthen national and international responses, focusing on research and action on conflict-related sexual violence against men and boys. As Finance Manager, you will take on a leadership role within All Survivors Project, working closely with the Executive Director and our small and highly motivated team. The role covers financial due diligence, donor reporting, budget management, audit management and resources allocation with a summary of some of the key duties as below: Preparation of annual and quarterly budgets and forecastsWorking closely with the Executive Director in establishing robust long term financial planningPreparation of internal and external audits (year-end and donor audits)Preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual donor reportsProvision of insightful financial management information to non-finance stakeholders including the Executive Director and TrusteesResponsible for transactional finance work including oversight of payroll, invoice processing, reconciliations, journals posting etc. Please note that as the sole finance person at All Survivors Project you will be supported by external resources where appropriate though must be willing and happy to be hands-on where required.
