This role will be part of the senior management team and take ownership of all financial operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll ensure accurate reporting, effective financial control, and strategic insight to support the company's ongoing growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day finance operations, reporting, and compliance.Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, VAT returns, and forecasts.Oversee purchase ledger, payments, and credit control.Cash flow management and forecastsSupport budgeting, audit, and financial planning.Build strong relationships with auditors, bankers and HMRCLead and develop a small finance team. About You: Experienced in managing the finances of a small or medium sized business.Strong technical accounting knowledge with AAT (minimum) qualification.Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
