The main purpose of the role will be to provide administration support on the financial accounts of our customers. The Role of Finance Officer - Your main duties will include:Monitoring and updating customer account trackers (Data entry, processing money requests, reconciling against SAGE reports).Liaising with the DWP on matters relating to our customer’s benefits.Liaising with the local authority and the Penderels Trust finance department in relation to invoicing and payment queries.Authorising payments as stipulated in our customers Individual Budget Plans.Identifying and resolving all queries effectively.
