We are open for 2 part-time positions on a job share basis. Duties include: Purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, query resolutionBanking and reconciliation, petty cash, credit card statement processingPayroll - weekly and monthly staff, including online submissions/P32- HMRC/Nest PensionsCIS subcontractor record processing and payments/CIS returnsAll other bookkeeping tasks to trial balance and VAT returnsRecording client purchase orders and keeping project records up to dateManaging office insurance and utilities contractsGeneral office management - liaising with outsourced IT company, phone system provider, fuel card provider, utilities, colleges providing apprenticeships training etc. Answering telephone and emails response.
