We are now looking for a Leveraged Finance Associate to join their busy, successful, and highly regarded Leveraged Finance team. To be successful in this role: You will be a confident UK qualified lawyer with 2-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) playing an important client-facing role on a range of transactions and possess outstanding technical and interpersonal skills. You will have general exposure to leveraged finance work, private credit, private equity backed buyouts, public bids, corporate M&A, refinancings and recapitalizations. This is to be backed up with outstanding technical skills and a confident, can-do attitude. This role will be well-suited to a motivated candidate who is keen to build relationships and develop business.
