Average Finance Manager salary in Andover

We're working on the behalf of a growing business, looking for a strong all-rounder to have control of the overall finance function. Duties will include:Managing sales ledger & purchase ledgerVAT returnsUndertaking end to end payroll, holidays, statutory payments & pensions administrationMonthly management accounts, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, reportingOptimising accounts procedures to ensure efficiencyYear end duties Liaising with Directors regarding accounts function, providing updates as needed and proactively flagging if anything needs adjustingThe company are ideally looking for someone to work 3-4 days per week. This might suit someone who has worked at a high level who also enjoys getting involved in the day to day accounts duties. You will ideally be qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA or similar. You will need experience working at a high level within accountancy.
