This role is a great opportunity for the Finance Manager to develop, learn and challenge their self in the day-to-day role and overall running of a finance function within a growing business. The key responsibilities of the Finance Manager Purchase ledger: Processing supplier invoices once appropriate approval has been givenEnsure that VAT is correctly declared or not as the transaction dictatesMaintaining the unpaid supplier invoice folder so invoices are paid on timeRecording and allocating payments made and filing once processedCollating and processing employee expenses for reimbursement at month endReconciling company credit card expenditure from monthly statementsLiaising with suppliers and dealing with their queries Sales ledger: All sales billingLiaising with senior management to ensure billing is up to dateManaging credit control and issuing weekly client statementsRecording payments received from clients on a timely basis Financial accounting: Weekly cashflow and monthly management accounts reportingEnsure payroll executed accurately, and on timeSupporting business growth planning & forecastingProducing annual budget with quarterly revisionsBeing the responsible for the annual audit, liaising with the Company’s auditors Other: Accurate weekly cash book postingBank reconciliationsFee forecastingManagement of pre-billingVAT returnsNew starter administrationEnd of year payroll declarationsSupporting a subsidiary company Key requirements of the Finance Manager Part qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA and CIMA)Excellent knowledge of SageAn experienced sole finance manager from a creative agencyA self-starter and able to work at speedHave a positive personalityLooking to develop your career VisionFR is committed to encouraging equality, diversity, inclusion and eliminating unlawful discrimination within our workforce and whilst fulfilling our Client recruitment needs .
