The Finance Director is a critical position within the 6-person Board team. As Finance Director, you will be involved in all aspects of the business – providing strong financial leadership for the company and the Board. The role will be responsible for the full financial performance and reporting - allowing the company to effective plan, control and deliver a quality manufactured product. The level of business partnering the Finance Director will be expected to partake in is not defined, the business operates in a purely collaborative way – and this role will be ideal for anyone who wants to be a key part of all areas. The Finance Director will be expected to set the standard, providing an excellent internal and external customer experience – and uphold a sense of credibility and integrity at all times. We are looking for a Qualified Finance Leader who understands working within an owner managed SME business.
