We are seeking an exceptional Finance Director to lead the finance and IT operations for one of the UK manufacturing sites, based near Burnley, Lancashire. This is the senior-most finance role onsite, reporting into the Group CFO with a dotted line to the site GM. As Finance Director, you will lead the finance and IT agenda for the site, shape the financial strategy, provide high quality, data-lead insight and decision support and develop best in class MI and reporting packs. Responsibilities include: Acting as a strategic partner to the site leadership team to drive commercial and operational performance.Maintaining a strong financial control environment and risk management framework.Developing meaningful KPIs to improve performance visibility and quality.Delivering accurate monthly reporting, analysis, and performance insights.Leading budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, KPIs and financial controls. Driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.Steering the implementation or evolution of the site's new ERP system.Ensuring strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.Leading internal and external audit processes.
