This is a strategic, high-trust role offering long-term stability and genuine influence within a close-knit, values-driven environment.Duties Will IncludeLead financial strategy, oversight and reporting across the Family Office and Investment CompanyManage liquidity, cashflow, budgeting and financial controlsEnsure tax efficiency and regulatory compliance across all entitiesOversee assets, investments and enterprise performanceSupport transactions, structuring, diligence and financingModernise systems, reporting and processes (including AI-enabled tools)Act as Trustee for the Family Trust & Charity FoundationServe as Company SecretaryProvide clear financial insight and decision support to principalsWork closely with external advisors across tax, legal, audit and corporate mattersSuitable Candidates Will Have / BeACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified (preferably chartered)Senior leadership experience in complex or multi-entity environmentsStrong technical finance capability and commercial judgementExperience across both personal / family office and business / investment mattersProven track record of process improvement and modern systems adoptionDiscreet, credible, dependable and collaborativeHands-on, flexible and comfortable in a fractional roleBenefits May IncludeFlexible package: salary, pension, healthcare, life insurance, EV schemeBiannual health checks6.5 weeks’ holiday FTE (13 days pro-rata)£180 annual mobile allowanceD&O insuranceAccess to family facilitiesPlease note: The salary indicated represents a total reward package, which includes base salary, pension, healthcare options, life insurance and access to an EV scheme.
