This Financial Controller role is based in the City of London, with a hybrid working model (3 days in the office).Operating within the fin-tech industry, the business specialises in lending, with a straightforward but commercially driven model. The Financial Controller will play a key role in partnering with the business on commercial decision-making, particularly around risk, return, and capital allocation.Candidate ProfileQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a strong academic backgroundApprox. 8-10 years' experience within the fin-tech industry, ideally with lending exposureStrong FP&A capability with advanced financial modelling skillsProven ability to operate both hands-on and strategicallyExperience improving processes, systems, and controls within a growing businessThe RoleThis is a hands-on Financial Controller position suited to someone who can operate both strategically and at a detailed level.
