We are recruiting the Finance Director (No. 1 finance position) for an expanding international real estate / property Group operating across multiple jurisdictions. I am looking for an experienced Finance Director to own, develop and improve the finance function whilst acting as a true business partner to the Board and Senior Leadership Team to help drive business performance and company growth. Reporting to the Managing Director your key responsibilities will include: Deliver financial, statutory and regulatory reporting for all entities in the Group.Produce financial and Board reporting, monthly management accounts and the Group consolidation.Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.Cashflow management, optimising working capital to support the ambitious growth plans of the businessAnalysis of business performance to help optimise efficiency and profitability across the Group.Lead and develop of the finance team.Manage all tax compliance matters.Manage a number of key external relationships i.e., bank, audit, tax etc.Own the financial framework, reviewing financial systems, processes and controls to deliver efficiencies, optimise financial control and develop reporting capability.Provide support on property transactions as required.
