Head of Finance - up to £65,000p/a - £70,000p/a (hybrid offered) Our client is a not for profit organisation with the nationwide network, who are looking for a dynamic and data driven Head of Finance who combines strong charity finance experience with a commercial mindset, capable of helping us grow while maintaining full regulatory compliance and financial resilience. As Head of Finance, you will lead our finance function of around 7 staff, ensuring strategic oversight, financial integrity, and informed decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with the CFO and stake holders to ensure that resources are managed efficiently and that we remain financially sustainable in a competitive funding environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with organizational goals. Provide commercial insight and challenge to strategic decisions, funding models, and business planning. Support the CEO and Board in understanding financial implications of growth, partnerships, and new opportunities. Lead the annual budget, forecasting, and management accounts processes.
