A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Consultant within a market leading commercial finance broker, during an exciting period of growth.The successful candidate will be part of the team handling direct inbound enquiries from business owners across the UK looking to secure the right facility for their business.Key Responsibilities:Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of all Invoice Finance products, keeping ahead of current developments in the commercial finance sectorReferring prospects to the most suitable lender based on the relevant criteriaProduce written proposals to lenders which will provide a broad summary of a company’s current position/portfolio and on-going requirementMonitoring and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, liaising with the relevant lenders to ensure follow up procedures are adhered to for the benefit of your prospectsEnsuring all activities are updated on a daily basis using our CRM system (Salesforce), prioritising your workload to maintain efficiencyFollowing up with prospects to ensure the relevant lender has been in contact, quotes have been issued and prospects understand the various solutions presented to them, so they can make an educated decision on what is best for their businessKey Requirements:Proven track record within a similar role, preferably within the commercial finance sectorExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build relationships over the phone with Directors/Senior ManagementExcellent negotiation/sales skillsAbility to prioritise own workloadExcellent organisational skillsIT fluency - ability to work with our CRM (Salesforce)

Finance Consultant Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE) Location: Home/Field Based - Servicing clients situated across Kent Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm (37hpw)KHR are currently working with a specialist financial service provider who, due to continued growth, are looking to hire a number of Finance Consultants with a variety of levels of experience to cover their client base across Kent.As the Finance Consultant you will work with schools and multi-academy trusts in your allocated territory providing cover, advising on best practices, delivering training and completing any work required as part of the project. This is a field-based role, covering areas including Maidstone, Dartford and Mid-Kent.
