We are now looking for a Leveraged Finance Associate to join their busy, successful, and highly regarded Leveraged Finance team. Leveraged Finance Associate London £188-224K plus excellent benefits package. To be successful in this role: You will be a confident UK qualified lawyer with 2-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) playing an important client-facing role on a range of transactions and possess outstanding technical and interpersonal skills. You will have general exposure to leveraged finance work, private credit, private equity backed buyouts, public bids, corporate M&A, refinancings and recapitalizations. This is to be backed up with outstanding technical skills and a confident, can-do attitude. Banking & Finance Associate London - office based 4 days per week with 1 day working from home. £224-312K plus excellent benefits package To be successful in this role: You will be a confident Banking & Finance Associate with 4+ years PQE or equivalent. We are looking for candidates who have meaningful experience in respect of multiple aspects of secured lending work, including drafting and leading on the negotiation of cross-border lending and security arrangements, senior facility agreements, senior / junior facility agreements and intercreditor agreements, security granted by / over assets located in a range of jurisdictions as well as general banking & finance advisory work. You should have worked across the transaction life cycle, advising on preliminary agreements (non-disclosure agreements and term sheets), drafting and negotiating key deal documents, subsequent amendments and modifications, refinancings and repayments / prepayments.
