Job Summary: Finance Assistant / Accounts Manager £28,000 - £30,000 per annum - Permanent role Full Time: 9am - 5pm (One day WFH) Key Responsibilities: Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable using Sage Line 50 Working within a close knit teamAssist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.Process invoices, payments, and receipts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.Support the preparation of annual audits.Liaise with suppliers, understanding funding streams and government grants. Ensure compliance with charity financial regulations and best practices.Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
