Finance Business Partner: Lead financial management across a cluster of schools in Northamptonshire.Manage a small finance team remotely.Produce reports, analysis and forecasts against budget.Liaise regularly with Academy Leadership to develop an monitor annual budgets.Production of monthly management accounts for each Academy.Provide monthly commentary on financial performance for each Academy.Ensure that all financial policies are adhered to.Produce the monthly VAT return for your cluster of Academies.Attend National Finance Meetings.Provide financial training and support to finance and academy staff. Finance Business Partner: You must hold a full CCAB or CGMA/CIMA qualification.At least 3 years experience operating within the Academy Trust or Schools sector.It is critical you can evidence finance business partnering in a School setting.Ideally you will have worked in Primary, Secondary and Sixth Form settings.Previous use of PS Financials and IMP budgeting software is advantageous.Ability to manage a small team remotely.You will have a good understanding of the Academy Trust Handbook.Willingness to visit schools when required.Ability to challenge key stakeholders.A willingness to present new ideas and ways of working.Be resilient and trustworthy.
