This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone that is looking to progress within the accountancy profession in the long-term. The role is initially being offered on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent for the successful candidate. Covering all aspects of the transactional side initially, over time the Financial Accountant will support and train you in order to take on additional responsibilities within the organisation. Ideally you will have previous accountancy experience, having worked within a transactional environment. Dealing with the bank reconciliations, credit control/sales and purchase ledger functions. My client is ideally seeking applications from AAT studiers or perhaps candidates that are no longer looking to study, but happy to stay within a transactional finance role for the long-term. Working as part of a busy and friendly finance team, you will be required to support the wider organisation with the efficient and effective running of the accounts function.
