Team/Role OverviewThis is an analyst position within the MAC Documentation Operations Unit. Ensuring that assigned day to day activities for the processing of trading legal agreements are completed in a timely manner with a primary focus on data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades which includes reviewing legal documentation/internal forms and being able to interpret the language in the documentation, entering critical data into our internal systems. The accuracy of that data is critical as this data is utilized by several downstream systems to perform Risk-Weighted Asset (RWA), Margin, Collateral Valuation Agent (CVA) computation and others. What you'll do Review the bilateral contracts, ensure data is enter correctly in MAC system, upload documents into repository system, work with internal stakeholder to resolve any possible questions and expedite the upload process.Process Bilateral contracts that will be required including International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Securities Financing Transactions (SFT) Agreements (Master Repurchase Agreement (MRA), Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA), Master Securities Loan Agreement (MSLA), Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreement (MSFTA), Futures Agreements and others. What we'll need from you Strong analytical skills. Team / Role Overview The Compliance Post Investigation Analyst is responsible for all post investigation administrative duties to include but not limited to reviewing AML Investigations and Suspicious Activity Reports ("SAR") for accuracy and appropriate documentation, tracking the end-to-end workflow for the AML account closure recommendation process in accordance with the Global Account Closure Standard. The Anti Money Laundering function (AML) proactively identifies, assesses reports and mitigates compliance and reputational risks across business lines, products, legal entities and jurisdictions to the benefit of our franchise, customers and employees. AML sets standards and uses an enterprise-wide compliance risk management approach in partnership with the business and other Global Functions to drive a strong culture of compliance and control and support the principles of Responsible Finance. AML is committed to providing sound, independent advice and excellence in execution. What you'll do Create account closure case, document recommendation, liaise with Business and track to completion.Review Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) for accuracy before submission to NCA. Log SAR details on the Global SAR trackerManage the process of adding / deleting Red Flag entries for UK FIU, manage the Red Flag mailbox and respond to inquiries about RF hits.Complete and send Senior Management Notification when required.Follow-up with additional Point(s) of Contact (POC) as needed to identify additional information in support of the Senior Management Notification.Complete and send International referrals to relevant country ALMCO as required.Create Ad hoc consent cases, liaise with business to track responses and complete DAML SAR when required.Ensure all investigations have appropriate evidence to support the case as per Investigations Standard and Quality Assurance policies.Liaise with other FIU units, Advisory, Business Compliance teams, CSIS, FIU Legal, GFCII, and AML Legal What we'll need from you Experience of active involvement in Business Projects, including providing summaries / updates to project leadsBasic Knowledge of AML regulations preferredProficient in MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated analytical skillsExcellent organizational and time management skills.Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience preferred but working track record will be taken into account.
