Interim Finance Administrator (NHS)3–4 months | Hybrid – Whitechapel ( 2days in the office) | Immediate startA leading London university is seeking an interim Finance Administrator to support its NHS Finance team within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry. This short-term assignment offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of finance operations that support medical education and clinical placements.Key responsibilities include: • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims accurately and efficiently • Managing payments to GP practices and other clinical placement providers • Assisting with financial reporting and monitoring NHS tariff reimbursements • Maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with internal procedures • Acting as the first point of contact for routine finance queries • Supporting the Finance Manager and wider team with ad hoc finance tasksThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance administration within a complex organisation, strong attention to detail, and excellent IT skills (Agresso experience desirable).
