An opportunity has arisen to work for a world leading corporation as a Finance Administrator. Owing to internal changes this organisation is seeking a commercially astute finance and administrative professional to work on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working. The responsibilities of the Finance Administrator includes: Reporting to the Contract Head of the Quality and Risk department; Scope of the role: The successful applicant must have: Contract execution:Administering the duties agreed in the T&C'sArranging logistics for the goodsPaying suppliers in line with accounting month requirementIssuing invoice in line with accounting month requirementAll other requirements under the contractWorking in line with quality management system Back-office duties: SAP is the ERP system Month end closing Trade Finance Preferred: 12 months experience in a similar finance/procurement administration role Benefits: Competitive salaryPensionHybrid working model (2 days office based)
