The firms Family department is busy and successful, collaborating with some of the leading Family Law experts in the Kent & Sussex area. In this role, you will engage in a diverse range of family matters, encompassing both private and publicly funded cases. The ideal candidate: · Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in a family department. · Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge across all aspects of family law. · Proficient in IT. · Flourish in an environment that fosters shared goals and accomplishments. · Capable of working independently, showcasing initiative, and solving problems effectively. · Exhibit excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: · Assist Lawyers in preparing legal documents · Conduct legal research and collect pertinent information for cases · Manage and organise legal files and documents · Facilitate communication with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders in legal proceedings · Arrange appointments, meetings, and court hearings
