Duties… Regularly interacting with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer questions.Conducting research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.Drafting legal documents such as forms, letters, petitions, motions, pleadings, agreements, and affidavits.Organizing and maintaining case files, including evidence and correspondence.Preparing and filing documents with the court.Identifying and preparing witnesses for court appearances.Assisting in the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing documents and evidence.Helping prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits and trial notebooks.
