We are recruiting for an experienced FACILITIES MANAGER to join a company based in the Molesey area. Ensure all properties are maintained to the highest standard, conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.Maintain comprehensive compliance and inspection logs for all properties, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. Oversee the maintenance and compliance of company vehicles, ensuring they meet all safety and regulatory requirements.Manage all insurance renewals, ensuring continuous coverage and compliance with legal requirements.Oversee yearly compliance renewals for various certifications, including ICO and marketingrelated compliance.Manage all procurement activities for the company, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and maintaining strong supplier relationships.Assist month-end payables related to maintenance and procurement, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.Address estate-related queries, including tenancy agreements, rent reconciliation, and utilities management.Assist with IT-related matters, providing support and coordination for any technical issues. Must have: Health and safety certificationRelevant facilities management trainingStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in IT and basic technical troubleshooting
