Regional Property Manager, Hybrid/ home based and at Sizewell, Suffolk, to £65k plus car and package Our client, an international corporation, is recruiting a Regional Property/ Facilities Manager to ensure a high quality facilities management service is provided by their Total Facilities Management (TFM) contractor. Your main properties (currently a mix of existing  and prefabricated offices and construction site) are located near Leiston on the Suffolk coast. You will assist in the development, implementation and management of strategy and approach to FM compliance and assurance. Also, you will ensure all Facilities Management Service Deliverables are aligned with relevant Service Level Agreements, policies and procedures. The successful applicant will undertake an assurance and audit role in relation to Facilities services across the site, acting as an intermediary between the TFM contractor and stakeholders within the business. An sound knowledge of M&E/ hard FM is essential - as are strong communication and contractor/ stakeholder management skills. A key challenge for the post holder will be to ensure that FM service providers understand and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines, especially in the field of health, safety and environmental compliance. In particular the importance of prompt reporting of accidents and hazards. You will also be required to be contract owner of one or more facilities management contracts nationally, ensuring monitoring, review and successful delivery, including responsibility for contract specification documentation, budgets/ P&L and lead on periodic retendering exercises. There will also be involvement in the formulation and development of moves, refurbishment and plant replacement projects. This is a home based (approx. 2 days p/week) hybrid role that will require regular travel to site at least 3 times a week. Our client Scottish Power Renewables are looking for a Consents Compliance Manager to join their team in Leiston on a hybrid basis. The position will require frequent travel to the project site locations. You will be expected to be present on site at least 4 days per week during main construction works. It is a contract role (inside IR35) approved until 31st of December 2025 initially (likely to be extended). You will be the Onsite Onshore Consent Compliance Manager delivering consent compliance for the onshore grid connection works during the pre-construction and construction phases of East Anglia Two and One North offshore windfarms in the UK. The role encompasses all aspects of consent compliance through scoping strategies and management plans, defining and managing surveys works and mitigation, obtaining further consents, managing package consent commitments, onsite and desk-based auditing project compliance with commitments, all necessary statutory stakeholder engagement, project financial approvals and budgetary control. Leading and managing a number of multi-disciplinary project teams will be a key feature of the role. Establishing, fostering and maintaining team spirit and morale through periods of intense workload and activity will be a critical feature. Management of process to discharge consents for OFTO works, in line with the agreed schedules and budgets. • Support the construction team and packages maintaining an onsite presence to ensure construction activities are compliant with consent commitments • Carry out onsite consent compliance audits and report finding in accordance with the consent compliance audit procedure • Agreement, management and forecasting of necessary budgets. • Production of work scopes and specifications for delivery of onshore consent compliance at all stages of a project as necessary, and manage the completion of these on time and on budget. • Management of consultants and legal inputs as necessary. • Input to all commercial agreements and contracts to ensure project risks are mitigated. Preferrable experience in Consent Compliance on major grid connection projects • Understanding of the UK Consenting processes, particularly the regulatory framework and consenting process and awareness of construction methods and requirements. • Relevant experience in development and construction of offshore windfarms, onshore and offshore grid connection works / or other equivalent nationally significant infrastructure projects • Ability to translate technical detail into commercial impact.
