To support the growth, they are seeking a talented and driven FP&A Manager to join their high-performing finance team. About the Role: As FP&A Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the business. You will provide insights and analysis to support decision-making at the highest level, driving both growth and efficiency. This is a highly visible role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.Prepare, analyse, and present financial reports and performance insights to senior leadership.Develop and enhance financial models to support scenario analysis and long-term planning.Provide commercial insights and recommendations to drive profitability and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.Support strategic initiatives, including business cases, investment appraisals, and M&A activity as required.Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, systems, and tools. About You: You must be a commercially astute and proactive finance professional with strong analytical skills and have a collaborative approach. Essential Requirements: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a solid post-qualification track record in FP&A or a related role.Experience in a large, complex organisation, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with advanced Excel skills.A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
