Facilities Coordinator Location: Near Euston, LondonJob Type: Temporary, Immediate StartSalary: 13.85 per hour We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator for a national library located near Euston. This role requires immediate availability and offers an ongoing temporary assignment. The successful candidate will have prior experience in facilities support and will be responsible for providing first-class service and support to internal customers and tenants. Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers and tenants, handling inquiries via telephone, email, or in person.Ensure the accuracy, quality, and reliability of information provided to internal customers and maintained on computer-aided facilities management software.Proactively track and report the progress and completion of work orders, providing timely feedback on faults and breakdowns.Support meeting organisers by commissioning or providing timely assistance as needed.Perform administrative tasks as directed by senior management, including handling service requests, setting priorities, and maintaining data integrity across systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven ability to interact professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing.Strong commitment to excellence in service delivery and customer satisfaction.Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook/Calendar, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with database administration or computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) systems; training will be provided as necessary.Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop effective relationships with internal customers.Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and attentive to details.Ability to work independently, make decisions, and escalate issues appropriately.
