Position: Static Fabric Technician Location: West London (WC1) Duration: Permanent Site Hours: 2pm until 10pm Monday to Friday Salary: From £35,000 to £37,000 (company van can be provided to travel to and from work) We are looking for an experienced Fabric Technician for a full time, permanent position based on a very large static site in West London This position will be dealing with planned and reactive fabric works through out the site which will include plumbing, tiling, decorating, water checks as well as other forms of maintenance Due to the nature and the size of the site we need this fabric technician to cover a shift pattern from 2pm until 10pm daily. The right person for this position will already have a strong background in commercial fabric maintenance and are experienced in working within large teams. We would like this engineer to be holding a level 2 maintenance qualification which could include plumbing or carpentry Due to the nature of the shift pattern, we are happy to provide this fabric technician a vehicle to get to and from work.
