As a Fabric Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities, delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services that exceed their expectations.Key Responsibilities:Respond to reactive works and ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescalesLiaise with clients' representatives to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communicationConduct site surveys and produce detailed reports, method statements, and risk assessments for planned worksRepair and replace floor and wall coverings, ceiling tiles, and other building and installation works as requiredMaintain lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes, and basic plumbing requirementsUtilize our cutting-edge PDA system to complete works, key communications, and updatesComplete reactive, PPM jobs, and projects in a timely mannerUndertake minor projects works and ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with Health and Safety at Work RegulationsWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in fabric, carpentry, or a related tradePainting and decorating experience Experience with fire doorsProven track record of working in high-profile work environmentsCity & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in carpentryCurrent UKL driver's licenseExcellent PC skills and ability to learn new systems quicklyStrong customer relationship skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleaguesAbility to interpret technical drawings, instructions, and processesSelf-motivated and organized, with a strong attention to detailExperience of H&S procedures and requirements, including COSHH, Working at Heights, and Risk AssessmentWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentCollaborative and dynamic work environmentRecognition and rewards for outstanding performanceComprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your roleHow to Apply:If you're a motivated and experienced Fabric Technician looking for a new challenge, please submit your application,
