Fabric Technician
We're looking for Fabric Technician to join our Technical Services Contract based on sites across Wiltshire. Location: Wiltshire - Various sites. Contract: Permanent - Full Time. What will you be responsible for? As a Fabric Technician, you'll be working within the Technical Services Team, supporting them in PPM and Reactive Maintenance across a number of Commercial sites. Your day to day will include: General fault finding and repair to sanitaryware, drainage above and below ground and building fabric components and architectureMaintain up to date records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals, both hard copy files and electronicTo participate within an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hoursMaintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, customers and work as part of a team.
