Export Operations Clerk (AOG / Aerospace)We are recruiting an experienced Export Operations Clerk with a background in AOG, aerospace, and general freight. This role manages time-critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) export shipments, The core hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm but as with the business and client base this will require flexibilty and some out of office calls outs. Key Responsibilities:Manage urgent AOG export shipments from booking through final dispatchCoordinate with airlines, customers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customs authoritiesArrange air, road, courier, and charter transport as requiredMonitor shipments and provide real-time updates during critical movementsPrepare and submit export documentation (invoices, packing lists, AWBs, export declarations, certificates)Ensure compliance with customs, aviation, and export control regulationsResolve customs issues, delays, or documentation discrepancies quicklyMaintain accurate shipment records and HS code, origin, and valuation dataAct as the main customer contact during AOG situations and support issue escalation
