Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include: Managing full-cycle export shipments (Air, Road & Sea) with clear, timely client updatesAdvising on export documentation, customs regulations, and destination-specific requirementsCoordinating with airlines, hauliers, and shipping lines for competitive rates and efficient movementsLiaising with overseas agents and managing door-to-door logisticsPreparing accurate quotations and handling client communications via phone and emailManaging essential export documents (Carnets, EUR1s, Certificates of Origin, etc.)Handling Export Controls, including licence applications and ITAR permitsBooking courier exports via various online platformsSupporting warehouse activities: packing, labelling, and freight handlingManaging multiple client accounts while maintaining attention to detail and professionalismEnsuring prompt and accurate invoicing of completed export jobs We're Looking For Someone Who Has: Strong working knowledge of export regulations and customs for Air, Road, and Sea freightFamiliarity with Dangerous and Restricted goods proceduresProven ability to multitask and prioritise across multiple client accountsTop-tier communication and client service skillsA team-oriented mindset with confidence to work independentlyA hands-on attitude and strong organisational skills under pressureA full, clean UK driving licence After Your Probation (3 Months): Regular performance reviewsPaid overtime opportunities (mainly for out-of-hours shipment monitoring)Company phone provided, if required If you're ready to make an impact in a busy, international export environment, Supreme Recruitment would love to hear from you.
