Operations Executive - Temp 6 months!This role is ideal for someone with a background in administration, preferably within the travel industry, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing financial reconciliations, compliance reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency across our global offices.Day-to-day of the role: Settle and reconcile all third-party statements from suppliers, manage urgent payments, and oversee the flow of cash from the bank account while chasing commissions.Collaborate with the Compliance Team and Finance Team to ensure timely and accurate reporting for legal bodies, such as ATOL.Provide essential reporting and information for company insurance in collaboration with Senior Management & Compliance.Assist the team in troubleshooting financial issues and ensure smooth operation across all offices by coordinating with property, IT, and TTD Leadership.Manage logistics, including office setups for trading, ensuring strategic location of desks in global offices, and handling all in-office IT needs.Create and manage a comprehensive onboarding checklist and timeline for all new starters, liaising with mentors to ensure a smooth transition.Take ownership of contracts and compliance related to bookings and act as a liaison with the Legal team to maintain up-to-date and relevant contracts with suppliers.Work closely with Senior Leadership to resolve operational issues and hold the team accountable for obtaining correct documentation from customers alongside bookings.
