This position will be located in the heart of Mayfair, working alongside the Director and Senior Leadership team. Candidates applying should have previous experience working for a boutique finance company, and Hebrew/Italian speaking desirable. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Support Officer at Oldham Council, this is a full-time temporary role for the next 3 months with the possibility of extension. What is the role? Oldham Council are looking for a Registered Children’s Manager, to provide administrative support to the Cabinet Members of Oldham Council.  This includes responding to press enquiries, responding to Oldham residents regarding enquiries and working in conjunction with Cabinet members and Senior Managers.  The candidate must be professional, flexible, reliable with a high degree of confidentiality, diplomacy and sensitivity. What are your responsibilities? To manage the diary of the Cabinet Members and Deputies, ensuring appointments are scheduled taking into account political and Council priorities, consulting with the EA to the Leader, as necessary,Proactively screen the Cabinet Members’ email inbox as required by undertaking items of casework and meeting requests.
