A brand known for delivering meaningful, thought-provoking B2B events across the world, is looking to expand its sales team by adding two Event Sales Executives to its close-knit team. Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pmSalary: £30,000 - £32,000 with between £500 and £1000 per month in bonusFlexible work opportunitiesInternational travel opportunitiesA supportive and dynamic culture where everyone is rewarded for their contributionFree on-site parking Event Sales Executive Responsibilities: Pursue and maximise every opportunity by identifying and reaching out to senior decision-makersBuild a healthy sales pipeline by developing meaningful and lasting relationships with potential customersMaintain regular contact with a portfolio of clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesEncourage and close sales by engaging potential clients and promoting upcoming eventsEnhance brand awareness by attending networking and trade events and promoting the company's offeringOwn the entire sales cycle, which includes updating the CRM with sales activity Event Sales Executive Skills and Experience: Previous sales and business development experience is essentialProactive and driven, able to drive new business and develop a healthy sales pipelineProfessional and engaging telephone manner, confident in making high-volume calls to potential customersStrong interpersonal and communication skills, confident liaising at all levels and fostering trusting relationshipsA proactive and motivated self-starter, who is enthusiastic, positive and results-orientatedThrives in a target=-driven environment and has a history of exceeding expectations and meeting targetsMust have a driving licence due to the location of the office and a passport as international travel several times per year is expected
