The business invests heavily in its people and offers genuine opportunities for professional growth and career development.Key responsibilities for this position:Manage the complex diary, inbox and priorities, ensuring they are fully prepared for meetings, events and strategic commitments.Act as a trusted gatekeeper and key point of contact, building strong relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders while handling confidential matters with discretion.Prepare meeting packs, presentations, briefing documents and correspondence, taking ownership of follow-up actions, minutes and key deadlines.Coordinate directorate meetings, governance events, training sessions, travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders and other Executive Assistant support activities.Provide proactive administrative and project support, anticipating future requirements and ensuring the smooth running of the execs office.What background and experience are the company looking for?Proven experience working as a Senior Executive Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite executivePrevious experience within financial services, pensions, legal, governance, compliance, risk or a regulated environment would be highly advantageousExceptional diary management, scheduling and prioritisation skillsAbility to work autonomously, show initiative and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and PowerPointExperience preparing board-level documentation, presentations and meeting papersDemonstrable ability to handle confidential and sensitive informationResilient, diplomatic and confident with the ability to influence and build effective working relationships at all levelsWho is taking care of the client and candidate applications for this position?Jodi FindellFor this role C&C Search is acting as an employment agency.At C&C Search, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
