You will need to be in the office 3 days Role objective: The Team Personal Assistant role within a growing specialist asset management company working specifically for the Managing Director of Housing and the team, the successful applicant will be intelligent and professional They will be a team player with a 'can do' attitude who is prepared to get involved in multiple aspects of the business, including administrative support, marketing and investor relations support and office management. Key responsibilities / accountabilities: Provide support to a team of up to 4, including the MD of housing & administrative support to wider Housing team Diary management Collating and distributing papers for meetings Travel bookings Collating and filing expenses Minute taking where required - type up and distribute Event planning and execution - for internal & client company events  Answering & screening telephone calls, including the main telephone office line Provide support where required in the following areas: CRM, marketing materials preparation Co-ordinate divisional projects and tasks as required  Liaise with clients - internal & external business guests, IT, Marketing and HR teams Liaising with other executives on behalf of immediate team Managing data bases and filing systems Ad-hoc project & research work as required General office administrative work, as required Provide PA cover for planned and unplanned absences Wider office support including rotation cover for breaks, planned & unplanned leave for the Receptionist Skills & experience: Technology skills.
