The position will serve as a key part of the executive team, supporting the CEO and additional directors. Executive Assistant Responsibilities:* Responsible for co-ordinating, tracking, detailing, and following up on work streams and actionsto support overall business objectives and continual improvement initiatives.* Co-ordinating business improvement meetings and actions.* Sharing important business information across the organisation as required.* Organising on-site and off-site events including strategy days/client days/internal events.* Organising and co-ordinating the Directors calendars.* Organising and maintaining systems used by the Directors.* Preparing corporate documents including board papers. * Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Directors.* Prioritise emails and respond when necessary.* Preparing presentations on behalf of the Executive Directors.* Organise and prepare for meetings, including agenda formation, gathering documents andarranging the logistics of meetings.* Minute taking and action tracking across multiple meetings on behalf of the Directors.* Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company Directors to internal andexternal audiences.* Being the conduit between the Directors and other departments in the business to ensureeffective two-way communication channels.* Organising travel arrangements through our Business Support function.* Working directly with the Chief Executive as well as other Executive Directors.You will be a motivated Executive Assistant with fantastic communication skills and have prior experience within a similar position.
