Description Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pmSalary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)Benefits: 21.5 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increasing to 25 Days with service), Growth by Sharing Bonus, free lunches on Company performance. We are recruiting for a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant on behalf of our client, a successful and fast-growing organisation within the manufacturing sector. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting three Directors at board level, while also contributing to HR, office management, and business operations. This is a varied, people-facing role that calls for someone who is not only highly organised and confident but also team-spirited and adaptable. What You’ll Be Doing Executive Support Diary management and inbox control for three DirectorsMeeting scheduling, minute-taking, and action trackingBooking national/international travel and accommodationExpense and credit card managementDiscreet handling of sensitive and ad hoc matters HR & People Administration Drafting contracts and onboarding coordinationPayroll support and holiday/sick leave trackingGeneral HR and people support administration Office & Facilities Management Ensuring smooth daily operations of the officeSupplier management and stock orderingOverseeing the customer experience centre - maintaining a presentable and welcoming environmentCompany vehicle administration Business Support First point of contact for visitorsInter-departmental support and collaborationAssisting with internal communications and company-wide projects Requirements What You’ll Bring Previous experience in an EA, PA, or senior administrative roleExcellent communication, interpersonal and multitasking skillsStrong organisational flair with acute attention to detailAbility to work independently and use initiativeComfortable juggling changing priorities with a calm, can-do attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office Bonus if you have experience within manufacturing or industrial environments, or have worked with HR/payroll systems!
