Executive Assistant to the Master
Our client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Master and manage the Master's Lodge. What you'll do: As an Executive Assistant to the Master and Manager of the Master's Lodge, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within this prestigious institution. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Master's Lodge, from overseeing hospitality arrangements for various events to managing procurement through the iDocs system. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you coordinate complex schedules, prepare necessary documents for meetings, and maintain effective communication channels between various stakeholders. Your ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion will be crucial in this role. Manage the Master's Lodge including overseeing hospitality arrangements for dinners, drinks receptions and meetingsCoordinate events such as recitals and talks, including liaison with speakers and performersManage procurement through the iDocs system and oversee the annual budget for the Master's LodgeProvide strong administrative support relating to the Fellowship and ensure sensitive communication between the Master, Fellows and other members of CollegeMaintain diary coordination with the Master's spouse and arrange accommodation for the Master's College guestsPrepare papers and briefings for College meetings and events, manage correspondence, invitations, and document safe-keeping What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Executive Assistant position brings a wealth of organisational skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
