This role demands an individual with exceptional organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The Role Manage the executive's diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings to ensure smooth daily operations.Prepare reports, draft routine correspondence, and type from dictation or written sources with accuracy and professionalism.Screen all incoming calls, respond as appropriate, and take necessary action.Draft routine correspondence for approval and obtain necessary signatures.Greet and receive visitors to the executive's office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.Attend departmental meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely distribution of action items and follow-up tasks.Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue booking, travel arrangements, equipment set up, and hospitality arrangements.Assist with regional HR-related matters as required, supporting the broader team with administrative HR tasks.
