Fantastic role for an events professional, or a PA / EA who has been responsible for setting up & overseeing company events as part of their role. Small & large scale corporate events, hosting anywhere from 50 attendees to 10,000 attendees across the UK & Europe. If you are used to putting on B2C / B2B corporate sales events, then this would be an ideal role for you. Duties: To plan and execute corporate events, assisting the business with their events expansion strategy across the UK & EuropeLiaise with Market / Sales Development Managers on their plans for events in their specific regionsWorking closely with Sales Executives to plan & execute corporate sponsored events throughout the UK & Europe.Coordinating event plans for large scale conferences & smaller events, including liaising with suppliers, notifying internal teams, collating marketing / events collateral& adhering to deadlines, delivering successful events OTIFWork closely with all departments in order to facilitate a truly successful event.Researching suitable venues for potential events of varying sizes Assisting the team across a variety of events & events marketing activitiesHelping the events team to set up & execute events across 30+ countries across the UK & in EuropeWorking / hosting at the on-site events, representing the companyResponsible for various large event assignments.General events project management & events administrationVenue booking, guest speaker liaison, travel, accommodation & delegate management A variety of event administration support, including, accurate data entry, Excel spreadsheet management & other general event supportRegular communication with Senior Events Manager on event requirements & making suggestions for improvements after eventsProviding general day-to-day event support to the Senior Events CoordinatorQualifications & Experience: Events coordination & event management experience required (within a corporate business) as an Events professional or as part of PA / EA duties within a business. Used to event planning & delivering highly successful corporate eventsStrong communicator with peers, suppliers & end using customersStrong administration & coordination skills, a real multi-taskerDeadline driven individual who can make things happen OTIFintermediate level IT skills, especially in Excel, Word and Power PointWorks well under pressure and tight deadlinesUltra proactive & ultra positive ‘can do’ approach to tasksAdditional European language skills would be beneficial (not a must have) ideally someone who could speak Polish, Romanian, Spanish, French, Italian or other (organisation has many bi-linguists & multi-linguists due to Global products exposure)An awesome opportunity to work for an ultra modern Global leading business, working within a fantastic wow factor office & in a highly upbeat working environment, within a friendly team that supports each other to be successful.
