Marketing Executive
Location: Remote working but 50 miles of Southampton Salary: £35K - £45K + performance-based bonus Hours: Fully remote, flexible working Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing 1 day per year of service), pension, personal development budget, regular mentoring and check-ins with the founder Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, a leadership development consultancy who are now looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a vital role to help expand their reach and amplify their philosophy. You will be responsible for generating consistent opportunities for growth, especially through events, partnerships, digital campaigns, and thought leadership. Our client works with high value businesses who are growing and want to develop a strong leadership culture. The whole purpose of this role is to get our client infront of clients whether its via events, sending out his book to HNW individuals or creating meaningful touchpoints.This is a hands-on, creative, and strategic role for someone who genuinely loves marketing and is excited to build, iterate, and make things happen. They are at the start of their growth phase having been established in 2017. It’s a brilliant time to join them as you can really shape the role into your own. The Responsibilities of the Marketing Executive include: Distribution of their product to ideal clients annuallyBuild and manage a list of high-potential recipientsCreate follow-up sequences and nurture flows to convert interest into actionSecure 2 podcast appearances and 2 paid speaking engagements per monthResearch and pitch to aligned hosts, organisers, and media outletsManage briefings, scheduling, and post-event engagementOrganise 1 organic client-facing event and 1 high-impact mastermind dinner per month (same UK city)Partner with recruitment firms, PE funds, and aligned organisations to co-host and co-promoteManage logistics, invites, content, and post-event follow-upGenerate campaignsDesign and execute targeted LinkedIn and email campaignsUse storytelling, diagnostics, and behavioral insight to educate and convertLead organic growth on LinkedInSupport community building (moving to lead over time)Create, test, and optimise email sequences, landing pages, and lead magnetsSupport CRM and funnel management (e.g. list hygiene, tagging, reporting) The successful Marketing Executive will:- Have a marketing background from either a small business/agency or even be a solopreneurHave a digital and events biasHave a passion for marketing - someone who gets a buzz from seeing ideas land and results come inAble to work independently and make strategic suggestions to fill gaps and push things forwardBe a self-starter who can think for yourselfBe a problem solverBe confident writing copy, thinking creatively, and building simple systems that scaleYou’re organised, proactive, and enjoy wearing multiple hatsYou’re comfortable running content end-to-endBackground within a consulting, leadership, SaaS, or B2B environment ideally but not essential - or comfortable with TechExperience of creating digital marketing campaigns from scratchExperience of managing events or partnerships end to endKnowledge of CRM and email tools (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp)
