We’re looking for a Programme Events Coordinator to support a world-class executive education programme with a global reach.What you’ll do:This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll: Coordinate programme logistics – from international travel to graduation eventsSupport the delivery of global learning modules and student experiencesManage student records and digital learning platformsHelp plan, source, and track branded gifts, materials, and event suppliesProofread and prepare student-facing communications and documentsSupport social media content creation and updatesProvide excellent service to students, faculty, and stakeholdersTackle day-to-day admin tasks and special projects to keep the programme running smoothly What we’re looking for: Experience working in higher education, ideally in an events or programme support roleA strong track record in event planning and coordinationConfident communicator with top-notch organisational skillsGreat attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple prioritiesComfortable using Microsoft Office and online platforms (bonus points for Salesforce or Moodle experience)Positive, team-oriented, and ready to jump in wherever needed Why you’ll love it:This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a prestigious global programme that brings together senior leaders from across the world.
