The Role: As Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of all events at the club. You will supervise a team of bar and event staff, ensuring every event runs to the highest possible standard, working closely with internal stakeholders and the club’s catering partner. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, including event setup, execution, and breakdown. Ensure event delivery meets client specifications and high presentation standards. Act as the point of contact on event days, liaising directly with clients and suppliers. Manage stock for bars and cellars, including ordering and inventory control. Maintain appropriate stock levels for sundries such as linens and dry goods. Deliver staff training and ensure all team members are prepared and informed. Uphold high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all event areas. Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience at every event. Report maintenance issues promptly and support the broader operations team. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in an events or hospitality supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive approach. A focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Willingness and availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak event periods. THE CANDIDATE Candidates should come with experience of working within corporate conferences, having exposure to the full end to end process of event management. Candidates must have excellent communication and administration capabilities along with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
