We are looking for an Events Assistant to join a leading international creative event studio based in Guildford. From brand activation to corporate engagement, the business operates a 'creative first’ strategy, specializingin creating inclusive, meaningful and memorable experiences that cater to diverse, multi-generational audiences. The Events Assistant will be ambitious, driven, and passionate about events, with an active desire to learn more about the industry.The Events Assistantwill play anessential part in the design and delivery of all events, from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-Day Tasks: Attend client meetings and contribute to the planning process Assist with all event administration (returns,orderingetc) Maintain office stationery stock levels, ordering when required Take minutes during meetings and share with the wider team Assist the warehouse team with event prep (van packing, event orders etc) Manage ongoing supplier relationships, ensuring exceptional service and communication Liaise with suppliers to coordinate event logistics Respond to incoming event inquiries promptly and professionally Travel to on-site inspections as needed.
