Experienced Estimator required to work for large subcontractor who has a T/ O of approx £70m. thsi company carries out a lot of work within groundworks, RC Frames and cut and carv proejcts within the Data Centre and new build markets. The experienced candidate will be responsible for carrying out there own estimates along with measurements etc. The projects will be within London and Europe. The ideal candidate will have worked as an estimator within groundworks and RC frames projects.

As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, with a particular focus on the public sector. Ensure that all estimates are completed in a timely manner and align with client requirements.Utilise estimating software such as Causeway and Bluebeam to create, manage, and analyse estimates. Ensure the effective use of these tools to streamline the estimating process and enhance accuracy.Collaborate with the Bid Writer and Pre-Construction Team to develop comprehensive and competitive bid proposals. Estimator Position Requirements: Extensive experience as an Estimator, with a significant portion spent working for a main contractor on public sector projects.Advanced proficiency in using estimating software such as Causeway and Bluebeam.
