Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed estimates for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) projects, ensuring accuracy and competitivenessCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for bid preparation Analyse project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project requirements and scope Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to develop cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project-related expenses Prepare and submit timely and competitive bids to secure projects Qualifications: Proven experience as an M&E Estimator in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and components.
