Requirements Proven experience as a qualified estimator in the construction industry.Strong understanding of construction methods, costs, and regulations.Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is preferred but not mandatory.
