Opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join a leading International Law Firm, working in their Legal 500-ranked Banking & Finance department. The firm Our client is a top-tier international law firm with a strong reputation for advising lenders and investors on complex real estate finance transactions across multiple jurisdictions. Operating across Europe, the US and Asia, the firm is recognised for its depth in real estate, finance and cross-border transactional work. Their clients include banks, alternative lenders, debt funds, institutional investors, developers and major real estate operators. The role Our client is looking to welcome a 1-3 PQE Real Estate Finance Solicitor to their London-based Banking & Finance team. The successful candidate will work on lender-led real estate finance matters across a range of asset classes and jurisdictions, acting for bank and non-bank lenders on highly structured transactions.
