We are hiring in both of our off plan and secondary sales teams. Your Role will be: > Scouts and identifies clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking > Negotiates between buyers and sellers Advises clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc. > Prepares and presents property proposals to convince clients and secure a deal > Monitors the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for lease and sale > Carries out the marketing of property vacancies to attract prospective tenants > Conducts research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin > Consistent up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai Land Department law Evaluates the objectives and the budget of an investor to identify their needs and requirements > Conducts surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments. To join our team, you must have: > 1+ years of Dubai Real Estate experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. > Successful previous experience as a Property Sales Consultant/Advisor, consistently meeting or exceeding targets > Expert knowledge with rules and regulations or real estate industry. > Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven and task oriented > Strong communication in sales and negotiation skills > Team player > Self-driven individual with a positive attitude

Call outs: > Constant calling out of clients already situated within the database > Source properties with intention of either selling or renting the unit out > Qualifying leads, both buyers and tenants as well as owners
